Residential pest control in Catalina
Most of our Catalina work is residential, and most of it is the same handful of problems: scorpions, ants, spiders, roof rats and termites. Catalina homes tend to sit on larger lots than central Tucson, often with block walls, horse setups and desert landscaping right against the property line. That combination means exterior treatment matters more than interior spraying. We build the plan around your property, not a one-size template, and we keep the same tech on your route so they learn your yard.
- Exterior perimeter and block wall treatment โ We treat the foundation line, block wall weep holes, garage corners and entry points around your Catalina home. This is the foundation of scorpion and ant control, and it is where most of the results come from.
- Rodent trapping and exclusion โ We trap roof rats and pack rats, then seal the entry points with steel wool, copper mesh and sealants. Catalina attics and garages are common entry zones, and sealing them is what keeps the problem from returning next fall.
- Termite inspection and treatment โ We inspect the stem wall, patio posts and any wood-to-soil contact with moisture meters and termite detection devices. If we find activity, we treat with a licensed termiticide or install bait stations, both with a written warranty.
- Quarterly or bi-monthly maintenance plans โ Recurring plans keep the exterior barrier current and include free re-treats between visits. Catalina customers on the desert edge usually do better on bi-monthly because scorpions reinvade from open desert quickly.
